Polyurethane binder PU binder for crumb rubber EPDM resin glue
PU Glue/polyurethane adhesive:
Adhesive/binder/resine/bonding agent
Specially for racetrack
Free of toxicity
Without strong-smelling
So far we main use this two kind type, the transparent for surface and a little yellow type for bottom. But is you want aliphatic glue, we also can supply. That for some white or light color, price is much higher than normal.
Binder to Usage
Our Binder type, We classified different our products for four types.
EPDM rubber granules colors are different, mixture with binder, the colors change with little different.
The Usage way.
Under p[icture, it's for red race. Main steps are: 1. ready the glue and EPDM granules. 2. Mix them 3. Put the mixture to floor( you can choose by manual work or machine. 4. Flatting. 5. Post processing( if some special use, need sprinkle fines or other process)
This product is applicable to the pavement of the ventilation plastic racetrack and the production of the safety ground mats ,the pavement of stadium and playground.
And its weak adhesiveness before the cross-linking hardening will not stick to the tools and instruments and thus will facilitate the construction, reduce the usage of organic solvent and save costs.
The superiority of this product lies in its resistance from hardening, high elasticity and rebound rate , making more comfortable to footing on it as well as maintaining sound motility.
Usage Instructions
(1) Dust and moisture should be removed from cement floor and keep the surface clean and dry.
(2) Pour the EPDM granules and PU binder into the agitator with a definite ratio.
