Flat-bottom silo is widely used in bins if long diameter and big capacity ,noted for its easy construction and low cost .You can adopt many ways for discharging such as the multispot discharging ,the flat bottom sweep discharging method or man made cleaning.You can adopt cement bottom to complete free flow discharging this type is widely used in drain processing or storage such as oil,feed,flour or grain bank.

Structures
Silo Roof
The special trapezoidal geometry of roof gives high strength and stiffness. The professional sealed technology enables tight connection of roof with the sidewall and keeps stored products from moisture.
Silo Body
The coaming of the silo is made of galvanized steel plate. The coaming is gradually thicjened from top to bottom according to the stress of each layer.
Ladder & Bolts
Famtun high-strength galvanized ladders with good protection for workers have roll-formed sides and stamped rungs to eliminate rung spin for easily climbing.
The high-strength bolts are made of 8.8 and 10.9 hot-dip galvanized bolts, and the bolts are made of domestic big factory brands such as Jinyi and Changshu.
Concrete Silo Base
The cement cone base will be applied to automatically unload stored products when the capacity is big and flat bin diameter is less than 12m. The half-cone base or flat base will be constructed when the silo diameter is more than 12m. Half-cone base can’t completely unload the stuff, it needs to unload stuff with a spiral sweeper. Cement base has a mediate price and a long construction period.
