This small glass melting furnace machine is mainly developed for daily laboratory applications, using high-quality furnace materials and stable temperature control system to ensure the reliability of experimental data; The double-layer shell structure, with the furnace made of alumina polycrystalline fiber material, adopts a power regulator to control the current and can limit the flow throughout the entire process, and can be used for feeding and unloading at high temperatures. The crucible in the furnace is made of zirconium quartz material, which is composed of stopper rod, crucible cover, crucible, crucible base, etc; After the glass melts, the stopper can be directly pulled out, and the glass liquid flows out directly from the crucible base. This product has passed UL certification and has established cooperative relationships with multiple universities and laboratories both domestically and internationally.
Feature
1.Heater
Use a right angle silicon molybdenum rod, with the cold end of the silicon molybdenum rod leading out from the side of the furnace body. There is no silicon molybdenum rod at the top of the furnace, which is convenient for opening the door on the top of the furnace
2.Leakage protector and Miniature circuit breaker
When the circuit experiences overcurrent or leakage, the Miniature circuit breaker will automatically disconnect.
3.Connecting to a computer
Furnace can be equipped with communication interfaces and software, which can directly control various parameters of the furnace through a computer. The PV and SV temperature values on the furnace and the operation of the instrument can be observed from the computer. The actual temperature rise curve of the furnace will be drawn in real-time by the computer, and the temperature data at each time can be saved and loaded at any time.
4.Furnace Chamber
Furnace material uses high-quality and high-purity alumina polycrystalline fibers imported from Japan. Its low heat capacity and low thermal conductivity result in less heat dissipation, good insulation, and high reflectivity, ensuring a balanced temperature field. And the alumina wire is thin and long, with high temperature resistance and strong resistance to thermal expansion and contraction.
