How to maintain solid surface?
Maintenance: with easy maintain V.G products with be keep perfect surface long time.
The daily maintain as follow:
1. Water stain can be removed easily with wet cloth.
2. The food and most of the household stain can be removed by sponge or wet cloth with a little soapy water or cleanser water.
3. The stubborn stain like hair dye, food color, cigarette stain and etc removing as below:
A: matte surface( rubbed with 600#-800# sand paper): using the detergent and scouring pad to scrub.
B: Gloss surface( rubbed with 1000#-800# sand paper): Using the non-friction detergent and scouring pad to scrub.
C: Mirror polish( rubbed with 1200#-1500# sand paper): first using the sponge and detergent to scrub with the liquid.
4. Small scratch, burn marks: Use the milky wax spray and wet cloth to scrub the surface.
5. Remove of the knife, burn and scratch mark, as following:
A；Matte surface(rubbed with 600#-800# sand paper): use the 180#-220# sand paper to rub until the mark disappear, then use the cleanser and scouring pad to renew its original surface.
B: Polished surface( rubbed with 1000#-1200# sand paper): Use the 400# sand paper to rub the mark, then use the non-friction cleanser and soft scouring pad to recover its surface.
C: Mirror polish( rubbed with 1200#-1500# sand paper): first use the brightener and wood polishing lap machine with low speed to renew its surface.
