1-2).If you don't have or you don't know LCD well, we can have a talk about your specific requirements of the LCD, we will give you professional suggestions and help to make the technical drawing of the LCD. After you confirm the drawing, we will give you the quote.
2).After receiving your tooling charge, we will make 5-10PCS free samples for you.
3).Once you have received and tested samples, you can give us your feedback. if samples have any problems, we will modify the drawing and make new samples for you, if samples are good for you, you can place batch order then.
B) Sample time?
Generally 12-15 days.
C) Mass production time?
Generally around 30days.
D)How to ensure quality?
We make sure the quality of batch order is the same as samples, in addition we guarantee:
1) Strictdetection during production.
2) Strict inspection on products before shipment and intact product packaging.
