Q: Can you provide us a sample, is it free or need to pay?
A: Yes, standard samples are free, only need to charge Express fee properly. Customized samples need to charge sample fee.
Q: What is the lead time for samples?
A: If we are not in busy season, your ordered samples will be sent out to you in about 3-10 days.
Q: Can I put my own label and logo on the products?
A: Yes. Fabric, size, design and packaging can all be customized by your requests.
Q: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: Regarding OEM service, general MOQ of each design is 1000pcs per color, with best price. For your special request with less MOQ, please let us know. We would check with our warehouse and our fabric suppliers to find an available solution. Welcome to contact us for details.
