SPG Universal grease gun
The SPG series universal grease gun is a hand tool for filling mechanical equipment with grease. It can be equipped with either iron rod (iron gun head) or hose (flat gun head) refueling nozzle. For the refueling location is convenient in the spacious place available iron gun rod (iron gun head), for refueling location hidden, corner places must be used hose (flat gun head) to refuel. This product has simple operation, easy to carry, wide range of advantages, is the majority of farmers, maintenance centers of the necessary tools.
Tips For Use
Procedures and requirements
1、Pull out the tie rod so that the piston in the barrel is close to the rear end cap, and then lock the tie rod.
2、Fill the barrel with lubricating grease. When using a grease filler, thread the top of the barrel, up in the thin screw of the grease filler, and use the grease filler to load lubricating grease into the barrel. If you use your hand to load lubricating grease directly into the barrel, first screw down the front cover, use your hand to load clean lubricating grease directly into the barrel until it fills up the whole barrel, then screw up the front cover, unlock the lever, and use cotton gauze to wipe the grease gun.
3, one hand holding the cylinder, the other hand holding the hand pressure lever, press the hand pressure lever to discharge the air in the cylinder, when found at the nozzle of the lubricating grease, stop press the hand pressure lever.
4, will be injecting oil rod front end of the injection nozzle aligned and tightly pressed in the need to lubricate the grease injection parts of the grease nozzle, will be close to the hand pressure lever down near the cylinder, until it can not be pressed, and then lift the hand lever to the original position, and then press down on the uplift, and then snap the hand lever to the lubricant can be slowly pressed to lubricate parts of the people need to be lubricated, after the filling of the lubricant grease, pull out the grease gun.
5、If it is inconvenient to approach the grease injection part of the grease gun, you should put a section of hose on the grease injection rod and fasten the buckle to prevent the grease from leaking out of the mouth of the set when squeezing the grease. At the same time, you should install a nozzle sleeve and inner plug matching with the thread of the nozzle at the other end of the hose and stick the inner plug into the grease nozzle of the grease injection part, and then screw the sleeve of the nozzle, and then inject grease into the grease injection part according to the above method.

Precautions and Maintenance
1, before use should check the valve spring, steel ball and other parts are short of, piston, oil gun head sealing, and pay attention to check the squeeze injection effect, to ensure that the maintenance work is carried out smoothly.
2、If the running equipment is checked and oiled, the mark of stopping operation should be made.
3、When oiling, the oil injection nozzle at the front end of the oil injection rod and the grease nozzle should be aligned, and the inclination should not be more than 8 °.
4、When filling lubricating grease into the oil storage cylinder, the lubricating grease which has been deteriorated and polluted (diluted and containing mud, sand and debris, etc.) shall not be used in order to prevent affecting the lubricating effect or clogging the oil channel.
5、Lubricating grease should be tightly filled with the whole cylinder.
6, operation of the hand lever, should make the hand lever open and close to the maximum position, if the hand lever back and forth several times under pressure and no resistance to the feeling, and pull the hand to keep the original position does not move, indicating that the lubricating grease is not injected into the grease nozzle, attention should be paid to the following aspects of the inspection:
Valve spring in the head of grease gun: if the valve spring is broken or fatigue relaxation, it should be replaced with a new spring;
Whether there is air in the barrel: If there is air in the barrel, the screw should be loosened to press down on the lever to exhaust the air, and then tighten the screw can be (press down on the lever to see the grease overflow without popping sound, the air has been exhausted);
Squeeze out the grease and no resistance feeling when press down the hand lever, and all the tie rods into the cylinder, indicating that the cylinder lubricating grease has been fully injected, should be re-injected with new grease.
7、Equipment maintenance should be placed in the toolbox grease gun, to prevent mud and sand into. If it is not used for a long time, the grease gun should be squeezed out of the lubricating grease and clean the inside and outside of the barrel, and put it in a proper position to avoid deformation under pressure.
8, the grease gun can not be used as a hammer to beat other objects, in order to prevent damage or deformation and can not be used.
