Use and function
How to use:
Step 1: Minimize lighting, choosing a dark room will show better results. Press the button on the bottom of the device to turn on the IR LED light.
Step 2: With gentle pressure on the skin with your hand, slowly move the device from side to side. Veins will appear as shadows or dark lines that will appear as a red glowing perimeter around the device. Note: The device must be in contact with the skin while finding the vein. Taking the light out of the skin doesn't reveal anything!
Step 3: Once the veins (dark shadows/lines) are located, reposition the IR lights around the area for obvious vein vision. If the vein is more superficial to the surface, you may have to move the light source further, as it may be too bright and obscure the vein. Follow the path of the veins so that you have a full vision of size and direction. NOTE: Find a vein that follows a straight path.
