 Our Assembly Line for YUTONG BUS:

 

Our group help our customer build a Bus assembly plant in US. We have many kinds of bus equipment including bus assembly equipment, welding equipment, installation equipment, auto lift, rolling equipment and transportation equipment. Our company can guid you to buid a bus plant and assemble all kinds of bus.

The Figure below is the 3D effect diagram of assembled passenger vehicle frame (a few stamping parts in front and back wall). The so-called assembly means welding six sheets, i.e., left wall, right wall, front wall, back wall, underframe and top cover into a hexahedron frame complying with drawing requirements through assembling and welding. The assembly quality of frame is subject to the assembly equipment and process during the assembly process.

As the special large equipment for body assembly, assembly equipment is also a kind of necessary equipment for volume production and line production of passenger vehicles. The current body assembly equipment is able to satisfy the production of vehicle in 6 m~13.7 m length and 1.8 m~2.55 m width at present by adjusting the position of positioning points within the range to adapt to the positioning demands of different  buses types. Assembly equipment can be used if the body height, length and diagonal of gantry and large gantry satisfy the scope of tolerance and equipment are appraised by the time of model change for assembling different types with assembly equipment. Therefore, the precision of body to be assembled, model change time, equipment stability and type adaptability must be stressed for
