The slurry ice machine is a kind of ice maker that produces fluid ice (slurry ice) from seawater or a certain concentration of brine (above 2.8%).
Slurry ice is a mixture of ice crystals and water. The content of ice crystals is about 40%, and its concentration can be adjusted. The size of ice crystals is between 0.25mm to 0.5mm.
