Products Description
XSG series roating drier is developed by our company, and its techinology is based on advance techinology adored. The machine is including many superiority, such as reasonable design, compact stuction, widly utilization, great productive capacity, good quality, high effect and save energy, drying , grinding and sieve are cpmpleted in one equipment in once time. Wet material is fed into the drying chamber via screw feeder and drop onto a high speed rotating crushing device which will completely crush and disperse the wet bumps into fine particles. Meanwhile, heated and filtered hot air is blown swirly into the drying chamber from the bottom to form a strong swirl air flow. This strong air flow transports the fine particles through the cylindrical drying chamber, during which heat transfer happens and moisture evaporates. Dried product is separated and collected by cyclone and/or bag filters. Damp air is exhausted by the fan. the not fully dried or big piece materials will be sent to the wall of the equipment by centrifugal force function and be smashed again after they fall down to the bottom.
Technical Features
1) Very short drying time: Completely crushed and dispersed wet material can expose maximum surface to hot air.So the drying time is very short, only takes 1-5 seconds.
2) Dust free working condition: The whole system is working under negative pressure condition which can make a dust free drying plant. 3) Suitable for drying heat sensitive material: Because of short drying time and fast evaporation rate, heat sensitive materials can be dried under very high temperature.
4) Huge capacity in small machine: fast drying and compact machine body makes a small machine can handle large quantity of wet material. 5) Drying process control: The top installed centrifugal classifier can well control moisture content and granules size distribution of dried product.
6) Heat supply system: The dryer can be heated by electricity, steam, oil/gas/coal/biomass fired hot air generator.

Paste, slurry, filter cake and other materials, plate and frame filter press or centrifuge dewatered materials.
1).Inorganic boric acid, calcium carbonate, hydroxide, copper sulfate, iron oxide, barium carbonate, antimony trioxide, various metal hydroxides, various heavy metal salts, synthetic cryolite, etc.;
2).Organic substances atrazine (insecticide), lauric acid, benzoic acid, benzoic acid, fungicide, sodium oxalate, cellulose acetate, etc.;
3).Food soy protein, gum starch, distiller's grains, wheat sugar, wheat starch, etc.;
4).Dyes such as anthraquinone, black iron oxide, indigo pigment, butyric acid, titanium hydroxide, zinc sulfide, and various azo dye intermediates;
5). Ceramic kaolin, silica, clay, etc.
