The WNS type ultra-low nitrogen oil-fired gas boiler of Boerben is a boiler shell type three return wet back oil-fired gas boiler produced by advanced technology. It is composed of boiler body, connecting flue, deaerator, deaerator, burner, steam water system, instrument, energy saver, condenser and so on. Compared with the old boiler, its most prominent feature is low nitrogen (during the operation of the boiler, nitrogen oxide emissions are greatly reduced, up to a minimum of 18mg/m, in line with national policy requirements). In addition, the boiler has the characteristics of compact structure, beautiful appearance, simple operation, safe and reliable operation, and has been widely used in all walks of life.
WNS type ultra-low nitrogen oil-fired gas boiler adopts all-wet back structure, and the high temperature flue gas is surrounded by water, which solves the cooling and sealing problems of the smoke return chamber, and improves the operating environment of the boiler. The addition of the condenser (made of fin tube) increases the efficiency of the boiler to more than 98% and saves the operating cost. At the same time, the boiler is equipped with leakage protection function, once the control system detects leakage of the electric heating element, the boiler will automatically cut off the power supply, in order to ensure the safety of workers and boilers, and improve the service life of the boiler.
