1. Deck  Gold Plant Shaking Table

The decks of Gold Plant Shaking Table are constructed of steel framework and covered 16mm fiberglass with corundum, this cover its strength reaches as high as 70% of steel, the features of this design are stronger, wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and no distortion, it lengthens the working-life of machine and thus allows machine perform perfectly on different mineral and different weather condition. 

  

Our jinshibao Gold Plant Shaking Table have THREE different deck designs available:

(1) The course ore deck is designed for recovering particles size from 0.5 mm to 2 mm;

(2) The fine sand deck is designed for recovering fine particles in the range of 0.074 mm to 0.5 mm;

(3) The slime deck is designed for recovering super extremely fine particles in the range of 0.05 mm to 0.074 mm.

 

 

 

2. Head Motion Gold Plant Shaking Table

6-S Zambia gold shaker tables are furnished with a totally enclosed self-oiling head motion of heavy cast iron to contain an oil reservoir for perfect splash lubrication. This feature protects the moving parts, reducing operating and maintenance costs to a minimum.

Our Gold Plant Shaking Table are widely applied on different mining sites home and abroard.  

 

 

 

•  LCL: If the Gold Plant Shaking Table is shipped by bulk, it is always packed in steel frame.

When the quantity is one set, the Zambia gold shaker tables is installed up and packed in steel frame inside and plywood outside.

When the quantity is more than 1 set, the Gold Plant Shaking Table are not installed up and packed in steel frames separately.

 

 

 

•  FCL: If the Gold Plant Shaking Table is shipped in container, it will be loaded in the container as belows without installation.

The purpose why do not install up them is to save the volume. The volume of one set of installed up LS4500 Lead Ore Processing Plant is about 10 cubic meters.

Payment terms

• We usually accept T/T, L/C. WEST UNION etc


• 30% of total amount as deposit, 70% balance payment before delivery.


• We will notice you before the arrival of the goods.

 

Packing ways

• FCL & LCL export standard container 20/40 feet loading


• FCL: Sea-worthy package.  Machines are fixed in container; spare parts are packed in wooden boxes.
