A1: Usually for 1000pcs. For our first cooperation, your small order is acceptable, but the price is a little highly, the discount is based on quantity.

Q2:Can I print our logo on the products and customize box?

A1:Yes,of course. The quantity should based on our MOQ.

Q4: What is your sample policy?

A4: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the shipping cost.If you will place an order after sample,we will return the sample fee to you.

Q5: What is the sample lead time & production lead time?

A5: Producing sample 7~10 days after received your sample fee. The production lead time is about 40-50  days after confirm all customized information based on MOQ.

Q6: What's your quality guarantee period?

A6: 1 Years. We will offer 0.3% FOC easy broken parts for free.

Q7. What is your terms of payment?

A7: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% against delivery.
