A1: HAIPOSS was born in 2014. Its porcelain products, taking a thousand shapes but always rigorously white and interpreting a world where simplicity is refined style. The products are enriched with tableware, items for cooking and decorating, and new materials, while maintaining its brand image strongly linked with items made of durable white porcelain.
Q2: What methods of payment do you accept?
A2: We can accept Visa, Master Card, TT, E-checking ( or Alibaba Trade Assurance)
Q3: Is sample charge will be refund?
A3: Sample charge will be refund when your order quantity will be more than 3000pcs/item.
Q4: What the sample and production time?
A4: Actual-sample time around 15 days, Customized sample 20 days; Mass production time around: 45-60 days.
Sample & Order Guide：
1. Customer's enquiry to us and confirm the shape, size, artwork, quantity, package and lead time
2. We provide the professional quotation and proforma invoice to our customer for reference
3. Customer make the deposit payment andsend the bank receipt to us for confirmation
4. Pre-production samples will be firstly made for our customer to confirm the mass production ;
5. Start mass production and photos of mass produced products will be sent to our customer ;
6. Customer make the balance payment and send the bank receipt to us for confirmation ;
7. We will arrange the shipping and trace the shipping status for our customer ;
8. Customer pick up the products in named place of delivery and give feedback to us.
Return and Refund Policy
1. Refunds without Returns 
Our company does not accept requests for refunds only without returning the merchandise for any orders that have already been shipped. If any issue arises that prevents the customer from using the products, all shipped goods must be returned to us in their original condition.
2. Returns and Refunds 
    a. For "Trade Assurance Plus" Orders 
    You may use the "Easy Return" service to return the products and receive a refund within 30 days of receiving the shipment. After 30 days, the "Easy Return" service expires and no returns or refunds will be provided. 
    b. For Other Orders (e.g. T/T wire transfers)
    We do not accept returns or provide refunds for any reason. However, if a severe quality issue occurs due to our mistake, we may negotiate appropriate compensation for the customer. We do not offer any return/refund protection for issues caused by the buyer.
