Q1: What's your price terms?
R: We usually use FOB, CIF and EXW as our price term and if you have other requests, we also can discuss the details.
Q2:What's your payment terms?
R:For the products available in stock for delivery in advance, we need 100% payment before delivery. For the products which need time to prepare, we accept 30% of the amount as deposit and 70% balance before the shipment. As to the payment way, we accept TT, west union, PayPal, Moneygram, credit card and so on.
Q3: What's the MOQ and delivery time?
R:We accept 1 piece as MOQ for almost all our electronic components and the delivery time is according to the stock status. If it's available in stock, it can be delivered immediately. If it's not available in stock, it's according to the manufacture status of the original factory. Please contact us to confirm the delivery date with us before you do the purchase.
Q4: What's your warranty terms?
R:We guarantee to provide the original products from original factory. If there is any quality issues, we will assist you to contact the original factory to do the technical support. The warranty time is the same as the factory promise.
Q5:What's your products package?
R:We had mentioned the factory package of each model in the details of the products, please check. And for the delivery, we use flight box to protect the products.
