Product Description & Applications:
The sanitary hygienic stainless steel check valve is also called non-return valve. It is installed in pipeline systems to keep
fluids from flowing backwards. The sanitary non return valve is made of SUS304 or 316L stainless steel, meeting the strict
sanitary requirements for different kinds of food and chemical processing applications. The surface of the check valve is smooth and seamless and it is also suitable for steam and CIP system.

Working Principle:
1. The flow pressure of both sides of pipe system equals to each other, the valve is closed
2. When flow pressure at bottom side increases, the valve disc is pushes upwards
3. Valve is opened and medium flows through the valve accordingly
4. When flow pressure of both sides return to balance, the spring force pushes the disc back
5. Valve is closed, to stop the medium from flowing back
