1. Premix Marking and Saw Cut to the required joint dimension
2. Hacking and Cleaning by Air Blower and Hot Air Burner
3. Removing all Laitance and Sub-Standard Material
4. Applying Leveling Screed to achieve an uniform lever between a joint system and premix
5. Drilling Bolt Holes for Stud Installation
6. Fixed the Panel and Tighten the Bolts
7. Applying Nosing into the prepared trench
8. Sealing the Bolt Holes with Sealant
9. Open to Traffic within 1 – 2 Hours.

Avida elastomeric bearings are designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of the new European standard EN 1337-3 and have the qualification of the CE mark. Avida can also supply elastomeric bearings complying with other standards. The elastomer used in the moulding process can be polychloroprene (neoprene), natural rubber or SBR depending on the specifications requested. Every single steel component is mechanically worked and assembled by fully qualified and trained workers at the factory with regular external inspections according to EN 1337 and under strict ISO 9001:2008 quality control standards.
