Classification of ceramic foam filters
Ceramic foam filters are silicon carbide ceramic foam filters, alumina foam ceramic filters, and zirconia foam ceramic filters. Our ceramic foam filter is a three-dimensional network structure sintered at high temperature. The alumina ceramic foam filter can effectively remove non-metallic solid mixtures in aluminum and aluminum alloy melts, reduce trapped gas and provide laminar flow. The filtered aluminum The metal is visibly clean. The metal is cleaner, the casting quality is higher, there is less scrap, and there are fewer inclusion defects, improving the quality of aluminum alloy and other non-ferrous alloy castings, helping to reduce casting costs. Foam ceramic filters have high porosity, high mechanical strength, stable chemical properties, strong corrosion resistance, high adsorption rate, excellent filtration function, and good thermal shock resistance. Moreover, our phosphorus-free ceramic foam filter effectively reduces the corrosion of magnesium metal to aluminum.
