A: One year warranty against manufacturing defects. Our engineer is 12hrs/day online to help you if any question.
2.Q: What is your payment terms?
A: For sample:T/T, West Union;
For production: T/T (30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment) , at sight irrevocable L/C
3.Q: What would the delivery time be?
A: Regularly 60-70 days after receipt of deposit and against artwork confirmation, or we can talk details case by case.
4.Q: Could you accept OEM and ODM?
A:OEM and ODM could be accepted, packing could be designed as customer preference.
