SZS type oil-fired gas boiler is a double-barrel longitudinal chamber fired boiler, which is composed of upper and lower cylinder film water wall, burner, superheater, convection tube bundle, economizer, decontrol, etc. The water wall and convection flue of the furnace adopt the membrane wall structure, which reduces the use of refractory bricks. In addition, the boiler has the advantages of energy saving, high efficiency, environmental protection, short installation cycle, automatic operation, simple operation, perfect protection function, etc., which can meet the needs of industrial heating and can also meet the heating needs of small power stations, and is a very popular boiler on the market.
The boiler is a quick assembly or bulk water tube boiler with convection tube bundle on the left and furnace on the right. During the heating process, the flue gas generated by furnace combustion enters the ember chamber and convection-tube bundle area from the smoke outlet at the end of the furnace, and then turns to the energy-saving device and condenser made of fin tubes, and finally exhausts into the atmosphere through the flue and chimney.
