Product Advantages
MIX13 uses square metal tubes to weld the overall metal frame and sheet metal structure, and the cutting accuracy is within 0.2mm.
The closed-loop control system improves the precision and anti-interference ability of the system output. MIX13 equipped with Delta servo motor is 30%-40% faster than other belt structure machines.
The RDC6445G offers the advantages of stability, voltage resistance and anti-static. The controller provides large capacity file memory, supports Ethernet communication, automatically selects USB communication with PC, etc.
When cutting materials of different thicknesses, the new generation of built-in autofocus cutting heads will automatically find the distance to the corresponding material surface, allowing for smarter operation.
MIX13 adopts Taiwan Meanwell power supply with stable output, equipped with a heat exchanger to keep the electric box at a constant temperature and prolong the service life of the circuit.
PMl and TBI allow for repetitive positioning and maintain high accuracy for long periods of time with low noise. tbi ball screws allow for higher precision cutting of materials, increasing productivity and product quality.
