Horizontal insulating glass production line model A
This IGU line with humanized design is fully controlled by the PLC system with touch screen interface and automatic positioning system for glass, easy to operate by 2 – 3 people. It realized automatic production processes of washing, spacer applying, assembling, heating and pressing. Butterfly glass pane assembling model is adopted by this IGU line to ensure the surface of LOW-E glass contactless during the process.Details Images

The washing parts are welded with galvanized profiles, with electrostatic spraying on the surface, equipped with frequency
converter to controls brush rotation to protect Low-E glass, the parts in contact with water are made of 304 stainless steel and anti-corrosion materials.
