Product Introduction
Insulated freezer refrigerated truck body
Insulated chillers and freezers for transporting perishable items. The platform is
fabricated with steel, sub chasis and cross members are constructed with beams and channels. The floor is finished with checkered aluminum sheet . All walls of the container will be insulated with 100 mm thick PU injected sandwich panels with external and internal cladding is with 0.7 mm thick preprinted GI sheets. All corners are finished with round aluminum profiles that will provide better aesthetics. The locks and hinges are of stainless steel and will be of the same pattern as that of sea going container.

(2) Related accessories can be arbitrarily configured in the compartment, such ascargo fixtures,
cargo suspension devices, shelves in the compartment, insulation curtains, aluminum T rails,
ventilation slots, etc;
(3) The rear door of the cold body can be opened 270 degrees, and can be equippedwith a hydraulic
lifting tail plate according to customer requirements to facilitate cargoloading and unloading.

1. What is your terms of shipping method?
Generally,we ship our truck body CKD(completely knocked down) or SKD(semi knock down) by container, assembled truck by container too, but the it is small quantity.
2. Our truck is korea or japan brand,your truck body fit it?
Of course,Generally, global light trucks can be divided into 10ft,11ft,12ft,14ft,15ft,16ft and 18 feet in terms of cargo box length, middle truck have 20-32ft length, The truck body can be combined with different brand trucks simply by adjusting the distance of the beam.
3. Is it difficult to install Truck body CKD or SKD ?
