Mechanical workbench compensation (standard)
Mechanical compensation is to drive the wedge compensation workbench to form a pre-convex according to the linear distribution by manual or motor rotation, and the compensation workbench must be upward. Mechanical compensation can obtain accurate deflection compensation over the full length of the worktable. Mechanical deflection compensation has long-lasting stability, reduces the maintenance frequency of hydraulic compensation (such as oil leakage), and is maintenance-free during the life of the machine tool.

Hydraulic compensation uses a small oil cylinder to compensate the worktable, while mechanical compensation uses a wedge block to compensate the worktable. The oblique wedge can be divided into a single oblique wedge and multiple sets of oblique wedges. The mechanical compensation composed of multiple sets of oblique wedges has more compensation points than the 3 compensation points of ordinary hydraulic compensation, there is no compensation blind zone, the precision of the folded workpiece is high, and the difference between each processing plate is small, which is suitable for mass production.
