Blue Whale Two Tanks Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine
1). 1st tank Ultrasonic Cleaning+heating, 2nd tank ultrasonic rinsing+heating.2). Each tank size is 350*350*250mm, each tank capacity is 30L.
3). Each tank material is high quality stainless steel SUS316L in 2.0mm coated with teflon so it is with excellent heat and cold
resistance, can be used for a long time at -180 ~ 260ºC. This material has the characteristics of acid and alkali resistance and
resistance to various organic solvents.
4). Install 15pcs of transducers at the bottom of each tank, ultrasonic frequency 40Khz, each transducer is with 50W and total
ultrasonic power for each tank is 600W.
5). With heating tubes and the heating power is 1000W for each tank.
6). With digital time display and digital temperature display for each tank.
7). Equipped with separate water inlet pipes and valves for each tank.
8). 1 ultrasonic generator for two tanks which is built-in the bottom of the tank.
9). With two cleaning basket, the material is stainless steel SUS316L coated with teflon.
10). With two portable cover with handle, the material is PP.
11). The exterior machine material is stainless steel SUS304 in 1.0mm
