The artificial graphite electrode is made of imported needle coke, high-quality low-sulfur petroleum coke, high-quality coal tar pitch and other low-ash raw materials, through calcination, batching, kneading, molding, multiple roasting and impregnation, graphitization and other processes to make graphite semi-finished products, and finally processed by professional CNC lathe. The product has the advantages of low resistivity, low ash content, uniform structure, good thermal shock resistance, high mechanical strength, low coefficient of thermal expansion, and precise matching of electrodes and joints. It is an excellent material for electric arc furnace steelmaking and submerged arc furnace smelting.
