 1.Q:How to ensure product’s quality?

   A:All the products will have proceeded aging test before shipping.

 2.Q: What about the lead time for my order? 

   A:We Will delivery in 3-20 working days(depend on quantity)after payment. 

 3.Q: How about the shipment?

   A: By Express (door to door service):DHL,FedEx,UPS; 

   By Sea(International Sea port--International Sea port)
   By Air( International Airport--International Airport)

   If small order,we suggest By DHL ,UPS,TNT ,Fedex, if bulk order ,suggest by 

   sea or air.

 4.Q:How about the Payment terms?

   A: If small order,we suggest by Western union or Paypal,which save time  and      easy to operate;

    If bulk order, we suggest by T/T 30% deposit and 70% balance before           shipment.

 5.Q:If the products have problems,what shall we do?

   A:Firstly:Pls send us pictures or video let us find out what the problem is,if 

   there is no-man make problem and within warranty(12 months warranty),we

   will provide you replace parts freely and our team will do our best to solve it

   in time.

   warranty,then send pictures and videos to us lets confirm,if no- man
