7.5kw Power Prestressed Post-tension Galvanized Steel Strip Metal Corrugated Pipe Spiral Duct Making Machine For Bridge
The pipe making machine is a device for producing metal corrugated pipes with prestressed concrete reserved channels. It uses galvanized or cold-rolled steel strips (black belts) to roll them into double corrugated shapes and then undercut them to form corrugated pipes. The machine is small in size and high in efficiency. , Simple operation and maintenance, suitable for centralized use on construction sites or factories.
The pipe making machine is driven by a non-variable speed motor, driving the driving shaft core shaft. A helical gear on the core shaft meshes with two spur gears to pull the steel strip. After the steel strip is pressed and flanged by four sets of rollers, it is wrapped around the core. On the shaft, the pressing wheel bites, the compacting wheel embosses and the compacting wheel compacts it to become a spiral bellows.
