Environmentally friendly chemical gold plating water
1、 Product number: Q/YS.805 (Yishun brand)
2、 Product performance:
This product is suitable for chemical gold plating (real gold) on the surface of workpieces with electroplated nickel layers, chemical nickel layers, and electroplated white chromium. The gold plating layer is dense without pores and has a golden yellow appearance. Environmentally friendly and non-toxic, with no cyanide or heavy metals, it can be operated boldly. Completely replacing electroplated gold, the chemical gold plating water is simple and stable to operate, and can be used for gilding decoration such as medical devices and chrome plated car logos.

4、 Usage:
① Pre treatment: including activation of nickel layer and chromium, this product is particularly suitable for chemical nickel plating and white chromium electroplating of workpieces.
② Place the environmentally friendly chemical gold plating solution in a plastic container, then heat the water bath to a temperature between 80 ℃ and 95 ℃. Then, soak the clean and activated copper or nickel workpiece in 80 ℃ -95 ℃ chemical gold plating water, and keep it at 80 ℃ -95 ℃ for gold plating for 6-8 minutes. Remove the workpiece.
③ Wash and dry.
5、 Precautions:
① The temperature for gold plating on this product should be controlled between 80 ℃ -95 ℃.
② The workpiece must be in an activated state before gold plating, otherwise it will affect the adhesion of the coating.
③ Chemical gold plating water can be stored in PE, PP, or PVC plastic containers, heated in a water bath, or heated in a heat-resistant glass beaker.
This product is strictly prohibited from being packaged with iron, copper, stainless steel, nylon, etc.
