Design

We employ a highly skilled professional design team to carry out the development of digital print templates with Heidelberg print color management to ensure that finished products meet customer demands and achieve ideal printing results. Our print color management system can also realize the color and effects of the digital template synchronously.

Printing Service

We operate using many automatic printing machines with multiple functions such as our offset printing machine, color printing machine and two color printing machine, as well as some printing aid equipment including the printing plate making machine, UV curing machine, automatic folder gluer machine, paper cutting machine, folding machine, and label printing machine which can meet customer demands for printings.
We can also provide certain printing treatments like laminating, partial UV treatment, gold stamping and optical laser processing in addition to our regular ink printing service. We also print information such as anti-counterfeit labels, drug monitoring codes, electronic supervision codes and two-dimensional codes.

Quality Assurance

To show our dedication to high printing quality, we installed a professional printing quality control team and a standard quality management system.
We strictly control the printing quality starting from the materials selecting period. Our company will select suppliers in the printing industry ensure the high quality of printing materials and establish long-term partnerships with these suppliers. Next, we will test and examine printing materials provided and sign a quality responsibility contract with selected suppliers only if the material quality meets demands.
We will examine every batch of materials according to the standards after all raw materials enter the factory. At the same time we will also sample some printing materials for experimentation. Only those which meet the standards totally are allowed to enter our warehouse and production operations. We will also create files for main materials for further source trace if necessary. Performance changes to various materials and how the combination of materials will affect printing will also be concentrated in the following production process.
We will confirm materials and printing techniques with clients and provide samples to confirm the color and form before production. After the confirmation we will start mass production.
In the process of mass production, we will examine some printings according to standards and client requirements. Printings inspections are performed according to AQL MIL-STD-105E standards.
Our company will contact clients for feedback even after the printing project to strengthen our control on materials.
