Flowmeter structure
Vortex generator: a helical blade with a certain angle, which is fixed at the front of the constricted section of the shell, forcing the fluid to generate a strong vortex flow,

Shell: It has a certain shape of fluid channel. According to different working pressures and conditions of use, the shell material can be cast aluminum alloy, stainless steel, copper, etc.

Intelligent flow totalizer: It is composed of temperature, pressure detection analog channel, flow detection digital channel and microprocessor unit, liquid crystal drive circuit and other auxiliary circuits, and is equipped with an external signal interface.

Temperature sensor: Pt1000 platinum resistance is used as the temperature sensitive element. Within a certain temperature range, its resistance value has a corresponding relationship with the temperature.

Pressure sensor: The piezoresistive diffusion silicon bridge is used as the sensitive element, and the bridge arm resistance will change as expected under the action of external pressure. Therefore, under the action of a certain excitation current, the potential difference between the two output ends is proportional to the external pressure.

Piezoelectric crystal sensor: installed near the throat of the expansion section of the shell, it can detect the frequency signal of vortex precession,

Racemulator: fixed in the outlet section of the shell, its function is to eliminate the vortex flow to reduce the impact on the performance of the downstream instrument,

Proportional to the standard volume flow, 4mA corresponds to 0 m3/h, 20 mA corresponds to the maximum standard volume flow.

A. Upper and lower limit alarm signal (LP) : photoelectric isolation, high and low level alarm, alarm level can be set, working voltage +12V~+24V, maximum load current 50mA; B. Valve closing alarm output (BC end, FOR IC card controller) : logic gate circuit output, normal output low level, amplitude ≤0.2V; Alarm output high level, amplitude ≥2.8V, load resistance ≥ 100K ω;
Real- time data storage
A. Daily record: date, zero point standard volume flow,total volume records for last 5 years. 
B. Monthly records: standard volume
flow and total volume records for each month of the last 5 years.
C. Time-lapse records: 1200 time-lapse records of date and time,temperature, pressure, standard volume flow and total volume.
Save data
The above stored data can be read through the computer to form data reports and graphs for analysis
Net work
Flow meter is matched with data collector, can communicate through telephone lines or broadband network, read and set the historical data and parameters of each flow meter in the network.
