Custom tube metal fabrication is the process of adding operations such as cutting, piercing, bending, reducing, expanding and forming to raw tube metal to meet the part specifications in accordance with customer’s design.
To offer our customer “One-Stop Source” , on the tube metal fabrication Atlas Metal are capable of supply the services to include:

- Tube piercing

- Tube end finishing
- Tube welding
We work with a variety of metal such as carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel and aluminium and etc. with the different tubing shapes of round, square, rectangle, oval and etc. We are specializing in small and medium diameter tube fabrication and our typical size tube is between 10mm O.D. to 80mm O.D. The wall thickness of the tube can range between 0.5mm to 4mm.

CNC Machining Services

Our CNC Machining can import your drawings at .STEP, .IGES, .X-T and .DXF files, along with .PDF drawing files.

Steel Structure Fabricating and Welding Services

At Atlas Metal, we provide welding services to include spot welding and laser welding for sheet metal fabrication, TIG welding and MIG welding for metal structural assembles.

Strictlly in accordance with our customers' specific instruction on packing.

We can package for retail if needed.

If no any specified, generally we would recommend that the parts to be packaged by poly bags, then put in carrtons and  finally to be on pallets.

The gross weight of one carton is no more than 22KG and pallet size try to approach 120cm X 80cm ( Europe size ) and 42"X42" ( US size).

The package is seaworthy and suitable for export. The wooden package material shall be steamed  with the certificated and stamped by CCIB.
