L&B BRL-3 High shear mixer is used for the mixing, homogenizing between liquid and liquid, or powder and liquid, Belongs to the L&B High shear mixer series.
BRL-3 High shear mixer is used for the continuous dispersing and emulsifying of material with different phase. Meanwhile the mixer could also delivery low viscosity liquid.
The mixer could mixing the powder and liquid in certain rate, and have been used in cosmetic, food, petroleum, coatings, nano-materials industry

OPERATION THEORY.
The mixer is composed of a few standard spare parts, which makes assembly, disassembly and maintenance easy, meanwhile avoid returning factory to repair.
Specially designed mixing head is composed of rotor and stator.
The rotor works in high speed and high-frequency mechanical effects from the motor.
The material is under the shear, centrifugal squeeze, deep friction, impact and tearing turbulence combined effects, thus achieve the effect of dispersion, emulsification, grinding.
High shear emulsifier combined of two layers or six layers of rotor and stator.
The materials go through the layers after shear dispersion and emulsifying.

L & B Inline high shear mixer is usually installed in the bottom of the reactor or pipeline, the material go through form inlet to outlet , after high-speed shear. This process could be done continuously or in circulation.
