1. How does your company ensure quality control?
Product quality control is through two appearance tests and two functional tests.
The first appearance inspection is carried out according to the company's standards. The second appearance inspection is performed according to the customer's requirements.
The functional test of the product is by measuring the water flushing effect twice.
2. How long is your company' delivery time?
Usually, it takes about 30-35 days after the deposit of a container. The specific time depends on your oder quantity and product model.
3. What's your compay payment terms?
All are T/T, 30% deposit, and the rest 70% balance payment will be paid before shipment. The specific 70% of balance payment can be discussed with our sales manager.
4. What are your terms for being your sole agent or distributor?
We would require a minimum order quantity for 3*40HQ-5*40HQ containers per month.
5. How long is the warranty period?
We have warranty for ceramic body for a period of 5 years. We replace product in the next order, with image or video showing the quality problem.
6. Do you provide OEM or ODM service?
Yes, we can do OEM with your own logo design printed on the product or carton.
For ODM, our requirement is 200pcs per month per model.
