Q1 Why are there water droplets inside my cooler box?
A:A small amount of condensed water in the cooler is normally, but the sealing of our products is better than the other factories.To remove extra moisture,dry the inside with a soft cloth twice a week or place a desiccant pack inside the fridge to help minimize moisture.

A:The temperature of the fridge is determined by the temperature surrounding the outside of the fridge(it cools at approximately 18-20 degrees lower than outside temperature).
