Q2. We only have a sample and can you do production?
A: Yes, we can copy board and BOM list based on your real samples. and the results will be formed as Gerber and BOM
Q3. Can you give us a favorable discount?
A: Of course, a favorable discount will be offered as support for our cooperation.
Q4. Are your components all original?
A: We guarantee all components are original as you request, from Resistor. Capacitor to IC and LED we will list brands with every components in BOM. If you want to lower cost and accept compatible and alternative part, we can recommend China supplier to you for reference and approval.
Q5. How do you deal with the complaint in quality problems?
First, we will inform customer that we will respond to him within 12 hours and give him a solution within 24 hours. In the meantime, we will feedback the problems to our technical department to check out the real reason. Second, we will ask customers to provide us with some pictures, videos and description for our easy reference. If it is caused by our side, we will make customers a compensation. If it is caused by customers, we will help customers to solve it together.
