Product Description




With water chiller CW 5200, your CO2 laser can be properly cooled. Up to 130W DC CO2 laser or 60W RF CO2 laser, this mini water chiller unit can offer highly reliable cooling. It has temperature stability of ±0.3°C as well as cooling capacity up to 1400W. With compact design, CW 5200 chiller takes up less floor space for CO2 laser cutter engraver users. Multiple choices of pumps are available and the whole chiller system conforms to CE, RoHS and REACH standards. Heater is optional to help rising water temperature quickly in winter. UL certified version is available.

User-friendly control panel
The temperature controller of cw 5000 water chiller offers high precision temperature control of ±0.3°C and two user-adjustable temperature control modes -constant temperature mode and intelligent control mode.




Easy-to-read water level indicator
The chiller water level indicator has 3 color areas - yellow, green and red.
Yellow area - high water level.
Green area - normal water level.
Red area - low water level.





Dust-proof filter
Integrated with the grill of the side panels, easy mounting and removal.

The ideal water should be deionised water, distilled water or purified water.


How often should I change out the water?
Generally speaking, the water changing frequency is 3 months. It can also depend on the actual working environment of the recirculating water chillers. For example, if the working environment is too inferior, the changing frequency is suggested to be 1 month or shorter.


What is the ideal room temperature for the chiller?
The working environment of the industrial water chiller should be well ventilated and the room temperature should not be higher than 45 degree C.


How to prevent my chiller from freezing?
For users living in high latitude areas especially in winter, they often face the frozen water problem. To prevent the chiller from freezing, they can add an optional heater or add anti-freezer in the chiller. For detailed use of the anti-freezer, it is
