Gypsum powder can be used as: paper-faced gypsum board, plastering gypsum mortar, gypsum strips, gypsum blocks,self-leveling gypsum mortar, laminated board, various decorative boards, etc. Low energy consumption for gypsum production: about one-fourth of that of cement production. It is the most popular green, environmentally friendly and livable building material in the world today!
The gypsum powder production line with natural gypsum as raw material is equipped with a variety of advanced technical equipment at home and abroad. The gypsum stone is crushed into granule less than 25mm with crusher. It’s stored in raw material silo,then conveyed into grinding mill to make gypsum powder. The powder is classified through a classifier. The qualified powder in required fineness shall be carried to the calciner, while the unqualified powder shall be returned to the grinding mill for furhter process.
