1.  The pump has features of advanced structure, small volume, reliable operation, easy maintenance.

2.  The cylinder is made of alloy steel forgings, and the three cylinders of each pump are interchangeable

3.  The suction valve and discharge valve of F1300 and F1600 are interchangeable 

4.  In order to enhance its corrosion resistance, the cylinder surface is processed by chemical nickel plating

5.  The design of straight-through cylinder valve structure, reduced the volume of the hydraulic cylinder and increased the volumetric efficiency

6.  The hydraulic cylinder, cylinder liner, piston, valve body, valve seat, valve spring, seal, valve cover, cylinder head of F1300 and F1600 are interchangeable

 If the goods are in stock delivery will be arranged 7 days after 100% payment / for mini order delivery will be 1-2 months after 30% advanced payment and 70% before shipping/ for big order, delivery will be more than 2 months after 30% , 60% progress payment, 10% before shipping.

Packing detail:

Waterproof cover the mud pump, and a steel box for the square parts.

All the productions are inspected carefully by QC before delivery.

Answer:A copy of operating manual, an original copy of quality certificate (in Chinese and English) and a packing list.

FAQ: Do you provide overseas technical install service?

Answer: Yes, we provide it for charge. 300-400$P/D

FAQ: If the products have quality problem, what would you promise?

Answer: We provide Product Warranty to main parts (Gears, Crankshafts, Pump Frame, Eccentric Strap, Bearings) for the period of 12 months from ex-factory. During this period, if there is any quality problem of the main parts, and proved by third party with appropriate qualification, you can replace the main part which has quality problem.

FAQ: What accessories will you provide when we buy your Tiger mud pump?

Answer: Usually, we suggest customers buy 1-2 years commonly used accessories for replacement. Meanwhile, we provide 24 hours online ordering service by which you can get quality assured goods with lower price than the market

FAQ: Can we send engineers to your factory to learn how to use the mud pump? Do you have related training courses?

Answer: Yes, you can send them to learn in our factory after we signed the purchase contract.
