An Extra Large Insulated Inflatable Sleeping Pad
The new sleeping pad is 190 * 65.5 * 8 cm ( 74.8" * 25.8" * 3.15" ), a very comfortable size to sleeping on while camping.
A High R-Value Insulated Sleeping Pad
There are 3 layers of PET films and 2 layers of TPU films implemented inside the sleeping pad. The films will reflect your body heat back to you, and block the cold from ground. Though the weight is only 0.78 kg ( 1.72 lb ), the R-value of this sleeping pad is as high as 5.

Patented Double Layer Valve
The patented double layer valve is for quick inflation and deflation.
Inflatable with a Pump Sack
You can inflate the sleeping pad with a pump sack.

Q: How do you protect my design?
A: We can sign NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) to guarantee that your design or patent won't be disclosed to another client or factory.
Q: How long does it take to make a sample?
A: Normally, it takes 3~15 days to make a sample, depending on the product. Tent sample may take a bit longer. Please contact us before placing a sample order so that we could go over some details.
Q: Do you have QC system?
A: Yes, we have a QC team for the goods inspection for every order. Every QC follows the same inspection SOP and use checking list to do the inspection. We conduct random sampling and judge according to the inspection standard of AQL 2.5. For some special orders and products, we also carry out in-production inspection.
