Q:Are you a manufacturer or trading company?

Q:Can you send samples to us?
A:(1)Existing sample -- Free sample could be provided,freight cost will be paid
by customer side.
(2)Customized sample --If normal samplefree charge could be provided.
Freight cost will be paid by customer side.If sample need to be molded
the mould charge and sample cost will be required.
Q:What can be customized?
A: Logo, size, color material, process and so on.
Q:How do you deliver your products?
A:By seaair and express companies.
Q:Do you have in stock?
A:We are OEM design factory,do not make inventory.
Q:What is your mini order qty?
A: Label: MOQ is 500pcsMini Order Amount is $50.00/item/color.If less than. there is an
extra $30.00 for machine charge.
Webbing:MOQ is 3000 meters, If less than 3000 meters there is an extra $130.00 for
machine charge.
Q:What kind of format of the artwork are you requiring?
A: Pls. send Al file to us.
Q:How many colors may I have in my woven labels?
A: Our weaving machines for woven label could be produced max. 12 colors.
Q:How do I choose colors?
A: Pls.Send us Pantone numberTPG and C book will be used usually.
Q. What different backings can go on my Label?
A: HEATSEAL: Another word for iron-on. Allows you to apply your patch onto a garment
using a home iron
If you are planning to wash your garment more than 50-80 times after the patch is applied. it
is re-commended that the heatseal only be used for pre-placement before sewing, and then
followed up with a few tag stitches along the patch to hold it in place longer.
NOTE: Heatseal will NOT stick to nylon.VELCRO: One(hook side or both sides are
available.
ADHESIVE: This is a peel and stick backing to hold a patch is place for a single event.
Will not hold up to machine washing. If you desire your patch to stay in place
permanently, qo with the heat seal optionor plastic and sew your patches.
