This egg grading machine is professionally used to sort eggs into different levels by weight.We can also adding printing function if you need.It's a necessary egg processing equipment.
Working principle of egg grading machine:
1.Feeding:put the eggs onto the holders of roller belt manually or use vacuum egg lifter.
2.Printing:then the roller belt will convey the eggs into the printing part,which can print your company name,brand name,expiry date,production date and any words or logo as you want.
3.Grading:eggs will be sorted into 5 levels by weight,eggs of the same weight will fall down onto the same channel.
4.Collecting:need workers collect the eggs from different channels into different egg trays manually.
