Dog early pregnancy relaxin (RLN) one-step rapid test Kit
INTENDED USE
The Relaxin is a specific hormone generated mainly by the placenta. It is usually used as an indicator of pregnancy status in female dogs. In pregnant dogs, relaxin can be detected from 15 days after the nidation of fertilized egg in the uterus wall. The Pregnancy Relaxin RLN Test is a rapid test to detect relaxin in bitches that may be pregnant. The suggested detection period is 22-30 days after mating. Too early detection may lead to a negative result when relaxin in serum is too low. It is suggested to repeat the test after 1 week if a negative result was observed.
PRINCIPLE
The Canine Pregnancy Relaxin (RLN) Test is based on sandwich lateral flow immunochromatographic assay. The test device has a testing window. The testing window has an invisible T (test) zone and C (control) zone. When sample is applied into the sample hole on the device, the liquid will laterally flow on the surface of the test strip. If the concentration of laxin in the sample exceeds the detection limit, a visible T-line will appear. After applying the sample, the c-line should always appear, which indicates the valid result.

TEST PROCEDURE

TEST PROCEDURE
1.Recover all the device and specimen to room temperature (15-30°C）before testing.
2.Do not use tap water, pure water, distilled water, and physiological saline as negative controls.
3. It is only for veterinarian's quick diagnosis reference and only provides qualitative test results. The diagnosis should be made based on clinical symptoms or other routine tests.
4. The earliest pregnancy days for dogs detected by this product is 15 days.
5. Do not use the expired test or the test with damaged foil pouch.
6. Do not reuse the test kit and do not mix components from different lot numbers.

INTERPRETATION OF RESULTS
Positive: Two lines appear, no matter T line is clear or vague.
Negative: Only C line appears.
Invalid: No line appears or only T line appears.

PRECAUTIONS
1. Expired test or the test with damaged foil pouch should not be used.2. The test must be used within 10 minutes after opening the foil pouch.
3. Do not use specimen with hemolysis or be contaminated with microbes, which will cause false positive or false negative result.
4. Do not reuse the test kit and do not mix components from different lot numbers.
5. All specimens have potential infection. It must be strictly treated according to the rules by local states.
LIMITATION
