In addition to outside the valve body.the gasket is the only direct contact with the media parts,diaphragm valve is rely on diaphragm  to medium and executive structive and external air apart.Gasket is also moving parts,diaphragm  on the diaphragm valve move to realize medium flow control and cut off.

All the different materials of the gaskets may be assembled to the valve of the same specificaitons.No need replacement gasket even changing actuator.

• Adhensive EPDM+PTFE:PTFE diaphragm tablet has high chemical resistance,high stability,good flexibility,long life,high sealing,no cold degeneration,and not affected by temperature fluctuations excellent performance,whether it is thermal cycle,cold cycle or steam disinfection system.  Size:1"- 3" ,DN20-DN80; Temperature:-20℃ to 120℃


• Double diaphragm EPDM+PTFE:By EPDM and PTFE composed of diaphragm,the characteristics of the diaphragm is the valve is in the closed position,diaphrgam itself shape can and body sealing,which reduces the diaphragm tolerance and prolong the service life of the diaphragm.Size:1/2"- 4" ,DN10-DN100; Temperature:-20℃ to 150℃


• Single diaphgram EPDM/Siliconm/FPM:Rubber diaphragm embedded a layer of vulcanized fiber layer enhance its mechanical properies,the diaphragm in pressure and temperature has high seal stability,reinforcing fiber hardening in stanless steel bolt,so as to ensure better rubber and metal bond together,Therefore rubber diaphragm more suitable for use in vacuum environment.Size:1"- 3" ,DN20-DN80; Temperature:-20℃ to 120℃
