2.1.2 Unsinkability
The boat is filled with foam in the empty compartments below deck except for the oil tanks and engine room to increase the boat's reserve buoyancy and achieve its unsinkability.
2.1.5 Opening door
The bow doors are openable and controlled using an electric winch with pin limits.
2.2 General arrangement
The ship is divided into 3 watertight bulkheads, located in FR1,FR4,FR7 respectively.
The aft sealing plate-FR1 is the aft cabin, and there is one TMC2000 automatic bilge pump in the aft cabin for bilge water discharge. The upper part is the aft deck, there is a battery compartment on the left and right side of the aft deck, and the front is the aft gangway wall.
FR1-FR4 is the fuel tank compartment, the upper part of the fuel tank compartment is the cockpit, the cockpit can be used by 2 persons to steer the ship.
FR4-Bow is buoyancy compartment, the buoyancy compartment is filled with foam, the upper part is the main deck.

3.1 Structure form and rib division
The ship is mainly single bottom and single deck, adopting longitudinal skeleton structure. There are 5 main transverse bulkheads and aft sealing wall. The whole boat
The rib spacing is 650mm from FR0 to FR10, and 1285mm from FR10 to the bow, the maximum longitudinal spacing is 240mm on the bottom, and 290mm on the deck.

3.2 Hull material and welding
This boat is all aluminum alloy welded structure, the material is seawater corrosion resistant aluminum alloy, plate material is 5083-H116, profile material is 6061-T650, and the material is 6061-T650, and the material is 5083-H116.
The plate material is 5083-H116, and the profile material is 6061-T6 or 6082-T6 extruded profile. TIG (non-molten argon arc welding) and MIG (molten argon arc welding) are used.
