1.What is your MOQ?
Usually our MOQ is 3000 pcs. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order. Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculate the cost correspondingly, hoping you can place large orders after checking quality of our products and know our service.
2. Can i Get samples?
Of course, we usually provide existing sample for free, however a little sample charge is needed for custom designs. Sampls charge is refundable when order is up to a certain quantity.
3. How long is the lead time of the samples?
For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days. They are free.
If you want your own design, it takes 5-7 days, subject to your designs whether they need new priting screen, etc.
4. How long is the production lead time?
It takes 30 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.
5.What format of the file do you need if i want my own design?
We have our own designer in house. JPG, AI,CDR or PDF are all ok.
We will make 3D drawing for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation.
6. How many colors are available?
PSM colors. Tell us the pantone color code you need. We will match it.
7. Which kinds of Certificate would you have?
LFGB, REACH
