1-2mm Acid Washed Coal Granular Base Activated Carbon
Acid washed granular activated carbon, using selected bituminous coal, refined through more than ten processes such as activation, crushing and screening and fine washing and dust removal and acid washing. Acid washed activated carbon has much less ash than normal activated carbon and the water is cleaner. The main equipment used in the production process is the pickling kettle, which is filled with softened water and hydrochloric acid in certain proportions and fed with high pressure gas for stirring to form a certain concentration of pickling solution. After the pickling process is completed, the acidic carbon is discharged and the acidic carbon is washed with water.
The purpose of activated carbon acid washing.
