The air filter is a device that traps dust from the gas-solid two-phase flow through the action of porous filter materials and allows the gas to be purified. It sends the air with low dust content into the room after purification treatment to ensure the process requirements of clean rooms and the air cleanliness in general air-conditioned rooms.
HEPA uses ultrafine glass fiber paper as the filter material, which is used in the production workshop with high cleanliness requirements. It is also installed on some clean equipments, such as laminar flow hood, FFU fan filter unit, EFU, weighing hood, air shower, self-cleaning pass box.
The liquid tank high efficiency filter is actually one of the diaphragm free high efficiency filters, using ultrafine glass fiber as the filter medium. The intermediate interval line is mainly made of high-quality imported hot melt adhesive, polyurethane sealant, and aluminum material for the external structure. The filter level is H13-U15.
