  • -Ensure a totally dark room or area, work with white cloths and visible fluorescent materials.

  • -The more sensitive the material is, the brighter it glows; the more UV blacklights is applied, the brighter it glows.

  • -The closer the light source to the materials, the brighter they glow.

  • -Choose the best position and adjust light direction according to work site.

  • -For white cloths, if you want to hide your skin, please adjust the light direction and make sure only dim light hit your body.

Q1. Can I have a sample order for your product?

A: Sample order is welcome here. Mixed samples are acceptable.



Q2:Do you offer guarantee for the products?

A: Yes, we offer 2 year warranty to our products.



Q3:How to deal with the faulty?

A: All our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less  than 0.2%.  During the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For  defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution i ncluding re-call according to real situation.



Q4. What's your leadtime?

A: The sample order leadtime will be 3-5days .
     The big order leaddtime will be 5-7days.



Q5. Why RONSHE can do custom assembly or offer OEM led strip?

A: RONSHE has gained a lot of experience on OEM assembly of LED strip lighting. The strips can have different size, layout, customer logos and labels. We also want to apply the experience to LED luminaires as we have good design and engineering team. Because we have our own CNC processing machines we can quickly work out prototype for LED strip. We will strictly follow the principal that we won't disclose or sell customer unique designs or jointly developed products to another third party.
